Chocolate Mushroom Lollipops

I've been dying to try this 3D mushroom mold and now I'm so glad I did! They're a little happiness on a stick. I love how the mushrooms have such a mod feel to them when made in pretty bright colors and topped with a little royal icing flower.
Here they are without sticks, just as cute!
I filled some of the cavities to the top, and others not quite, to create mushrooms of varying heights. After letting the chocolate set for just a minute or two it was firm enough that I could just push the sticks right in and they stayed upright all by themselves. Then into the freezer they went.
After about 10 minutes in the freezer, this depends on how warm your chocolate was, they popped right out. I'm very pleased with how shiny they are!
I let the mushroom parts come to room temperature, then attached them together with a little melted chocolate and propped up on the edge of a cookie sheet to set.
