Luster dust adds a high sheen metallic finish and a hint of color to just about any of your homemade goodies! Ideal for use with gumpaste, fondant, and cookies. Please note: created for the Baking Industry, luster dust is non-toxic, however considered not edible and for decorative use only.

How to use Luster Dust

• Mix with our flavoring oils, or use dry, to make a paint easily applied with a brush.

• Brush onto dry royal icing, gumpaste or fondant.

• Mix 1 TB into royal or buttercream icing to add a shimmer to your sweets.

• Brush onto dry room temperature homemade chocolates.
