How do I use gum paste? Gum paste is an edible dough-like material that you use to make your own edible decorations for topping cakes, cookies and cupcakes.  Dye the gum paste using any of our gel paste food coloring, roll out to a paper thin thickness and cut into shapes using any of our gum paste cutters.  Let dry and embellish with royal icing, dragees or sugar pearls.  Perfect for creating custom color decorations for your baked goods!  An easy to do technique that anyone can master!
