How do I register for an account?

When you place items in your cart and proceed to check out you will be prompted to log in.  Scroll down and click on "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information".  Then you can enter your email and Click "Register an Account".  An Account allows you to come back to this shop and view all the orders you have made.


Do I need to register for an account to place an order?

No, when prompted to log in scroll down and click on "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information"   Enter your email and un-check the box to Register an Account.  Please make sure your email address is correct in case we need to contact you about your order.


How is the Shipping price calculated?

The shipping cost is automatically figured by how far your package will be traveling (We are located in Southern Wisconsin), how heavy the package is and the demensions of the box.  You will be able to see your total shipping costs before purchasing.


What shipping options are available?

USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 days, tracking available

USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 days, tracking available

Fedex Home Delivery - typically 4 days, tracking available

All shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the items you choose. You will be able to see your total shipping costs before purchasing.


Do you ship international and how much does it cost?

Yes, we do! You will have the following shipping choices during checkout:

USPS Express Mail International - 3 to 5 days, tracking available

USPS Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 days, tracking available

All shipping cost are determined by the total weight of the items you choose.  You will be able to see your total shipping costs before purchasing.

We ship from our warehouse located in Oregon, Wisconsin  USA


What are my payment options?

We use Paypal as a checkout service. During checkout you will be directed to Paypal where you can pay using any major credit card or a paypal account. You DO NOT have to have a paypal account to pay using a credit card. Sorry, but your order will be canceled if we do not receive payment within 3 days.


What is your return policy?

We are here to serve you, the customer, some of our most favorite people in the world, and make certain you are more than 100% satisfied with your purchase. With that in mind, in the event that you change your mind, we will accept most returns. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us and you will be refunded for the purchase price of the items provided items are in fact in original packaging and condition upon inspection. Please keep in mind that edible items are not returnable. If you would like to return your items contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable you will be immediately returned the original purchase price, not the shipping charges, and will be notified of the return. Your package will not be reshipped and you will have to place a new order.


What if my items arrived damaged?

If your items arrive damaged please contact us right away and we will make it right. Typically we ask that you snap a quick digital picture with your camera or phone and send it to us. We like to see how the items were damaged as an effort to prevent it from happening again. We take great care in packaging, and items rarely ever arrive damaged.


Please note: Due to the fragile nature of some edible icing flowers and sugars, we expect that a few will be damaged during shipment. You should order accordingly. Again, typically they arrive in perfect condition.


How will my items be packaged?

Really cute! Your items will arrive in simple, but very attractive packaging.


Can you find me something I have in mind, but do not see in your shop?

Quite possibly! We are always hunting for new items so please take advantage of our "suggest a product" button located on the right side of our shop and check back frequently to see our new items that we are constantly adding! We will respond to popular customer demand for a product whenever possible.


How long do your edible items last?

Our edible icing and sugar decorations will last indefinitely as long as they are kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, best in the packaging we send them in. They should not be refrigerated.


Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts on bulk purchases?

We do on certain items. If you are interested in purchasing our products wholesale please contact us with a name/quantity list of what you would like to purchase.  We will get back to you shortly. Is there a minimum order?

Yes we do have a $5.00 minimum order. This just makes sense for our shop and helps us avoid charging handling fees. Really, we are thinking of you here.


Where do you get your awesome items?

It is our policy not to share our product sources, sorry no exceptions.
